timewander staat niet in de App Store of Google Play. Het is een PWA (Progressive Web App): een website die zich gedraagt als een app. Voeg 'm toe aan je beginscherm en hij werkt als een gewone app — met eigen icoon, ook zonder internet.

Welkom bij timewander!

Here's everything you need to know, step by step. Take your time — there's no rush.

Start your own timeline

When you open the app, you see an example timeline. Tap "Start my own timeline" and fill in your name and year of birth. That's all you need to begin.

Add a memory

Tap the big orange + button (bottom right). Fill in the year, a title, and your story. You can also add a country, a tag like "Family" or "Adventure", and up to 5 photos.

Add photos

While adding or editing a memory, tap the photo box that says "Tap to add a photo". Choose a picture from your phone or computer. You can add up to 5 photos per memory.

View, edit, or remove

Tap on any memory to open it. At the top you see Edit to change it, or Delete to remove it. You'll always be asked to confirm before anything is deleted.

See your countries on the map

Tap Map at the bottom. Every country you've added to a memory will appear highlighted on the world map. Tap a country to see your memories from there.

Browse by calendar

Tap Calendar view on the home page to see all your memories on a timeline or by month. Memories with a known month and day appear on the exact date.

Share your timeline

Tap Share at the bottom to send your timeline to family — by link, by email, or print it. They can browse your story without needing to download anything.
